The Carriageworks is a family friendly theatre

In our Upstairs @ The Carriageworks studio, children may be invited to sit on tour mats so they can get closer to the action and improve their view and experience.

Children under one year old come free but will not be given a specified seat.

Prams cannot be taken into the Main Auditorium and studio but can be left in a dedicated room. Child booster seats are available.

The Carriageworks welcomes mothers who wish to breast-feed. Please feel free to do so throughout the building, but if you would prefer a private area then let a member a staff know and we will provide one if available.

Baby changing facilities are available on all floors in the disabled toilets.

Under 13s must be accompanied by an adult, please note some shows have age restrictions applied by the companies, please contact Box Office for any queries.
