To mark World Mental Health Day 2010, The Carriageworks is partnering with key mental health organisations, professionals and service users to present a special event responding to the  Time to Change campaign. Accessible to all, the day focuses on the theme “Who Am I?”, and features a full programme of performances, participatory arts, workshops, art therapies and music to explore, celebrate and profile issues around mental health in our community.

Highlights include contribution from 1in4 Theatre Company presenting a new piece Taking Care, along with a special workshop.

Drop in for the whole day, or just one session.
